Cancellation Policy

Meet the Team: TeamMember

We value the mutual respect and communication between patients and practitioners.  A late cancellation or missed visit is denying another patient the opportunity to be seen at that time and disrupts the schedule in the office.  As such, we require 12 hours notice for any cancellations or changes to your appointment.  Patients who provide less than 12 hours notice, or miss their appointment, will be subject to a cancellation fee.

  • There is no charge for the first missed appointment.  
     

  • The second visit will incur a 50% fee of your scheduled visit.  
     

  • Subsequent missed appointments will incur a 100% fee of your scheduled visit.

These charges are the sole responsibility of the patient and must be paid in full before the patient's next visit.

We understand that unforeseen events and emergencies happen.  We will always try to contact you to inform you of your missed appointment and we reserve the right to consider waiving the late fee on a case by case basis.
